  1.  In certain situations, the Controller has the right to disclose your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the Controller’s legal obligations. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
    • a hosting company operating on a trust basis
    • companies that provide marketing services to the Administrator
  2.  The Controller will process your personal data for no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., regarding accounting). With regard to marketing data, such data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
